Each level is three months long.
Three months in the womb.
Three months in the heart.
Three months in the crown.
Women choose to join for one level and stay there for 12 months until she has mastered it.
Some women choose to do one level for the three months.
Other women choose to move through the 3 levels at a rapid pace; taking 9 months to complete the process.
Other women spend 6 months in each.
