If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact Stephanie MacDonald as early as possible.

For individual sessions:

• 48 hours or more notice: the session may be rescheduled subject to availability.

• 24 to 48 hours notice: 50% of the session fee will be retained.

• Less than 24 hours notice or non-attendance: 100% of the session fee will be retained and the session will be considered fulfilled.

Fees are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

For longer programmes, mentorships and containers, payment, cancellation and refund arrangements will be clearly outlined before the programme begins.

Once a programme or service has commenced, payments are non-refundable except where a refund or other remedy is required under applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer law.
