"Hi Steph, As I read your book I was was wondering how I was going to give you feedback. So I thought I may as well write down everything that comes to mind. The night I received my digital copy I read the first 70 or so pages. I didn’t want to put the book down and was completely drawn to wanting to know what happened next. What you experienced, what happened with Jack, what happened when you left your jobs etc. It made me want to just keep reading. I actually fell asleep with my phone on my chest without setting my alarms. Not because I was bored, but because I was reading and feeling so at ease I would read until my eyes literally would not longer stay open. Whether any of this is related to reading the book I am unsure, but I’ll tell you anyway. Apologies if it is too much information. When I was laying in bed reading I noticed unusual feeling in my uterus. Kind of like it contracting and also similar to period pain? I have also been in a pretty bumpy place with my partner as of late which I hope we can certainly work through and come out the other side. I like control of situations and I like things my way or in a way where I’ll feel comfortable to ease any of my anxieties. Any how I’ve noticed this week I’ve had an extremely strong desire for wanting to have a baby with him even though we aren’t in the best place ourselves. This is unusual as I’ve always wanted kids but not for some time. He has one Daughter and I am her “step mum” and she lives with us full time and that is challenging enough let alone me having thoughts of having a baby.

I’ve also felt weird about work. Like I know I am doing my best with the work I have infront of me, and I do enjoy my new job. But I’ve had to have a few appointments with Miss 5 lately and I don’t want it to seem like I am slacking off or not putting in the hard yards? I take a lot of pride in myself and my work and I take people’s opinions very much to heart.

I also noticed I’ve had some WEIRD dreams. Dreams I can’t really explain. But feeling like I am slightly stuck in them all.

I found your book to be something I could read so easily and I don’t know if all of the above relates to it or is the purging you discuss? But I enjoyed it. There are a few parts where I’d love to know more, but that may just be cause I’m nosey and like to know all the details about everything. If I had to say what I’d want more of, it would be to know more of your thoughts, feelings and your experiences or examples of the situations you found yourself in.
