2. Enquiries and bookings

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee a booking or appointment.

An enquiry allows Stephanie MacDonald to establish whether an offering, timing and approach are appropriate.

A booking is confirmed only once availability has been agreed and any required payment or confirmation has been received.

Stephanie MacDonald reserves the right to decline an enquiry or booking where she considers that an offering is not appropriate for a person's circumstances or needs.

3. Pricing and currency

Prices are displayed with the relevant offering at the time of booking.

Because The Wild Divine works internationally as well as locally within Aotearoa New Zealand, different offerings may be priced in different currencies.

The applicable currency and price will be clearly stated at the point of purchase or booking.

International clients are responsible for any currency conversion costs, exchange-rate differences, bank charges, payment-provider fees, taxes or other charges imposed by their financial institution or jurisdiction.

4. Payment

Payment requirements and any agreed payment schedule will be provided at the time of booking.

For longer programmes, mentorships and containers, the agreed payment schedule forms part of the booking agreement.

5. Cancellation and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible.

The cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms applying to your particular offering will be provided at the time of booking.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

6. Personal responsibility

You are encouraged to communicate if something does not feel appropriate for you.

You may pause, decline or stop an exercise or practice at any time.

You should use your own discernment when engaging with spiritual or intuitive guidance.

7. No guaranteed outcomes

The work may support profound personal, spiritual, creative or emotional change, but no particular outcome is promised or guaranteed.

12. Nature-based experiences

Some offerings take place outdoors and may involve walking, uneven or slippery ground, water, weather, plants, insects, falling branches, natural terrain and remoteness.

You are responsible for wearing suitable clothing and footwear and taking reasonable care of your own safety.

Please communicate any relevant limitations or concerns before participating.

Weather or environmental conditions may require an experience to be changed, relocated or rescheduled. Alcohol and Drugs

The use of alcohol or recreational drugs is not permitted during, immediately before, or in connection with any nature-based experience, retreat, gathering, session or activity provided by Stephanie MacDonald / Steph Mac / The Wild Divine. I do not condone or facilitate the use of recreational drugs or alcohol in connection with my work or within natural spaces used for my offerings. Participants must arrive sober and remain free from the effects of alcohol or recreational drugs for the duration of an experience. If Stephanie MacDonald considers that a participant is intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, participation may be refused or ended immediately. No refund will be provided where participation is ended for this reason, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded. For the safety, integrity and presence of everyone involved, alcohol and recreational drugs are not permitted during or in connection with The Spirit of the Forest or any other nature-based experience. Participants are expected to arrive sober and remain free from the effects of alcohol or recreational drugs throughout the experience. This is particularly important when working in natural environments where participants may be walking on uneven terrain, near water, around fire, or in areas where access to emergency assistance may be limited. I do not condone the use of alcohol or recreational drugs within the natural spaces, retreats or activities associated with my work.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stephanie MacDonald / The Wild Divine will not be liable for indirect, consequential or unforeseeable loss arising from participation in an offering or from decisions made by a participant following an offering.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Stephanie MacDonald treats what is shared within her work with care and discretion.

Confidentiality may have limits where disclosure is required by law or where there is a serious and immediate concern regarding someone's safety.

18. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under New Zealand law or other applicable law.
