THE CYCLES

The oracle works with time as a living thing. Not linear. Cyclical. Seasonal. Ancient.

THE CYCLES

Some truths cannot be found alone.

Healing happens at the root, not the symptom.

The Lunar Cycle The moon moves through its full cycle every 29 days and the body, particularly the feminine body, moves with it. New moon is the time of seeding, of intention, of turning inward. Full moon is the time of illumination, of fullness, of what has been growing becoming visible. The waning and waxing between these poles mirrors the natural rhythm of expansion and contraction that governs all living things. Working within the lunar cycle means ceasing to fight your own natural rhythm and beginning to move with it instead.

The Menstrual Cycle The most intimate cosmological map a woman carries. Four distinct inner seasons across the cycle, each with its own intelligence, its own gifts, and its own demands. Winter in menstruation, a time of death and renewal and deep inner knowing. Spring in the pre ovulatory phase, a time of emergence and possibility. Summer in ovulation, a time of full expression and magnetism. Autumn in the pre menstrual phase, a time of truth telling and the falling away of what no longer belongs. When a woman learns to move with these seasons rather than against them she stops experiencing her cycle as an inconvenience and begins receiving it as a map.

The Seasonal Cycle The outer seasons mirror the inner ones. Stephanie works with the land and the year as a living container. The southern hemisphere seasons, summer at the edge of the year, winter at its heart, carry their own specific medicine that differs from the northern calendar most spiritual frameworks were built within. Working with the actual seasons of the land you inhabit rather than imported frameworks is part of the earth medicine at the core of this practice.

The Life Cycle Birth, initiation, sovereignty, elderhood. The four great passages of a human life. Each requires a death of the previous self and a rebirth into the next. Most people move through these passages without ceremony, without witness, without the kind of held intentional space that allows the transition to complete fully. Incomplete passages leave residue. Stephanie works with women at the threshold of these great transitions to ensure the death is honoured and the rebirth is received.

Ancestral Cycles The patterns that were not yours to begin with. The wounds that passed through the maternal and paternal lines and landed in your body as if they were your own story. Ancestral cycles are the repeating themes across generations, abandonment, scarcity, silence, rage, that keep moving through a family until someone stops them. That someone is usually the one who is most awake. Working with ancestral cycles means taking what belongs to the lineage and returning it, so that what remains is only yours.
